International Shipping Policy
We treat every item you purchase as if it were our own and we take extreme care in packaging and shipping each order. To ensure speedy and safe delivery of your order, our standard procedure is to ship international orders through Aramex, a reputable international courier.
Shipments can be tracked from the Aramex website (http://www.aramex.com/track.asp). A shipment approximately takes 5-10 working days to reach your door. You will be notified by e-mail if the item is not available to ship within 2-3 days.

Please note above that shipping cost per item gets lower as the amount of your order increases.

Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to duties and taxes imposed by your government. These charges are due at the time of delivery and we do not impose these charges at the time of sale. Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred. Please contact your local Customs/Imports office for more information on any applicable duties or taxes.
We are confident that you will be happy with the quality of our products. However, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the merchandise for an exchange or refund of the purchase price (excluding shipping and handling costs).
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to obtain a return authorization number. We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number. Once a return is authorized, we will refund your payment less any shipping charges. We honor returns of products as long as we receive the goods within 30 days from the date that we shipped them. Please note that merchandise must be in its original condition in the original packaging, unlaundered with the tags still attached. Please include a copy of your sales receipt for faster service. In the unlikely event that the item you receive is not what you ordered or is defective, we will gladly exchange it or refund your money in full including shipping charges.
